Southside Speedway, Scout Night

Friday, June 14 is Scout Night at Southside Speedway, and all scouts and scout leaders in FULL UNIFORM get in FREE! Two parents per scout receive $2 off each ticket. The troop with the highest number of scouts in attendance wins a party in the trackside VIP building with dinner included!
All scouts in attendance will come out onto the track and lead the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance around 7:35pm.
The family-owned track in Chesterfield prides itself on being a family-friendly venue entertaining generations of fans for 60 years, and continues their tradition of great local short track racing in Central Virginia.
There are six different divisions of cars racing: Late Models, Modifieds, Grand Stocks, UCARS, Legends and Bandoleros.
Front gates open at 6:00 p.m. Qualifying starts at 6:00 p.m., and racing gets underway around 7:45 p.m. Catch qualifying and all six divisions for hours of racing action!
